- Once this has been done, we can then organise viewings of properties.

- After viewing the property, if you decide that you would like to take it, you will then need to provide references. A minimum of two references will be required for each tenant - examples of suitable references would be from - Employer, Landlord, Bank Reference, Character Reference e.g. Solicitor, Account + Copies of Passport or Drivers Licence

- The Security Deposit is payable at this stage and we finalise a date for you to take over the property

- On this date you will need to call into the office to sign the Lease, PRTB Form (for this reason we need your PPS Number) etc.

- The electricity will be transferred into the tenants name and the first months rent is payable, in advance, on this date.
